Hello fellow ukesters,
I keep hearing good reports about PHD strings, but have not been able to establish whether or not their baritone strings have any wound strings or not. I don't like wound strings. I see they come in DGBE and GCEA, tho' DGBE is my preference. I am tired of experimenting with strings, but I might get sufficiently curious if I know they're all unwound.
What can you tell me? Thanks in advance.

Thank you Penny. There are many good reports about them, so I'm interested to try them.

I had the strings fitted today. The measurements are D 0.97 G 0.90 B 0.71 E 0.58 and a word of warning...the strings are only just long enough for a 20" scale length baritone, so be careful! :D

Thankyou Penny,
The Worth Baritone Clears I have on now measure D 0.91 G 0.81 B 0.74 E 0.62. I'm a little concerned about the thinner G. The warning about the length is appreciated too, my ukes are 20" scale. I'm thinking I may stick with Worths. Could you tell us what you think of your new strings after you've had them on a few days please?
