FS: KoAloha Special Issue Longneck Soprano - Cedar & Koa

I've had some time to get to know my new Kanilea super soprano, so I'm comfortable with listing this ukulele for sale.

2015 KSM-02SI. Special Issue long neck soprano. I purchased this ukulele from Reverb. I have confirmed this ukulele's pedigree with KoAloha, as well as the original dealer, Ukulele Lab in Honolulu.

Top is Port Orford cedar. Back and sides are koa. Fret board and bridge are koa. Fret markers are mango. Neck is mahogany. Soprano body with a concert scale neck. Typical vibrant KoAloha sound, mellowed a bit by the cedar top and Worth Brown strings.

Condition is very good, with a few minor scratches and nicks. There is one unfortunate ding in the top/lower bout (see picture). I changed the stock friction tuners to Gotoh UPTs. I also added Waverly tortoise strap buttons.

I can't believe this hasn't sold. It's very tempting to me but I have a couple other uke's I'm considering right now too and can't seem to make up my mind. Lol.
