I remember seeing that one for sale at the Fan Guitar & Ukulele shop, so John just made it on his own to sell, but he makes them one at a time and absolutely does custom jobs. My recommendation is to contact him at the store and consult about a Flying V. What you saw is proof that he can do it and my custom is proof that he will make exactly what you want.
