Firstly, I have no connection with Ukulele Friend website. But I wanted to let the forum know Shawn is having a sale on some of the ukuleles. They're beautiful instruments in every way.
 
Shawn is a great guy with beautiful consignment ukuleles!
Market a little slow these days...

He always has lovely instruments, both vintage and luthier built. Unfortunately, they are out of my price range!

There's a few less expensive ones:
A vita guitar for $450
A "violin" uke replica for $500
And they go up from there to a few thousand.
 
Shawn is a great guy to buy from. Beautiful instruments and a tremendous knowledge of ukuleles and their histories.
 
I'm curious about this business. Is this a real store that is worth visiting just to browse? We're not interested in buying in this price range, but we do visit Honolulu regularly. We even once took a class at Roy Sakuma's ukulele school, which has the same street address as this store (but we never saw the store). Is the store associated with the Roy Sakuma school?
