I'd also like to say that the customer service from Enya has been second to none. I had a small defect on the Nova that I received, and they were very responsive to emails. Not only did they replace my full acoustic with a transacoustic for a small upcharge (still honored pre-order pricing), but they allowed me to donate the defective uke (small cosmetic defect) to a local school for a fellow UU member who lives nearby. I will also say that the electronic effects do add some fun to playing this uke as well!!
