Posting this before I change my mind. Will post pictures in the morning after taking them.

Background: I bought this Baritone after the Baritone retreat that Les Stansell had at Pistol River. Les builds flamenco style baritone, thin and light build for top, back and sides. His ukes are amazing and you can find a sample of his uke here: http://ukulelefriend.com/ukes/stansell-baritone-ukulele/

The uke has an open warm sound: https://soundcloud.com/user-976857705/les-stansell-incense-cedar

Asking $3600 shipped. (CONUS, open to shipping worldwide but will need to work with the buyer on the cost). Comes with Kala Baritone Case.

Reason for selling, I have 2 Les Stansell baritones (my only 2 baritones) and the other baritone had a bit of a tumble and needed minor repairs behind the headstock. This one is in excellent condition. I have another baritone incoming and want to keep the herd/space in check (baritones take up more space than sopranos.. sigh).

Okay, I'll ask: "What is Incense Cedar?"

It makes me imagine that the wood was cured in a 'Headshop.' (That's what we called them in Ohio in the 60s & 70s. Places that sold rolling papers, bongs, black light posters and lava lamps—among other things.)

Lovely looking and sounding baritone.

Thank you.
It is a variant of Cedar and Les used to supply it and has some of best boards for his ukes.. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calocedrus_decurrens
