I love the headstock overlay. Pretty sure that's quartersawn sycamore, correct? One of my favorite woods I've worked with.

Can we have a sound sample?

I know he's got a sound sample of the previous one he made on the website, but I would love to hear yours.

Very cool. I'm looking forward to hearing how it sounds.
Does it have a bigger sound with that shape body?

    Thank you for your patience
    here it is: https://soundcloud.com/user-97685770...rrefied-spruce
My hands were cold and it is rushed but it shows how well the uke performs up and down the neck and the amazing dynamic range (I play hard towards the end). The bigger body makes the sound a lot bigger.
I will upload a similar sound sample of a vintage for comparison.

update: here is a sample from a vintage 1k soprano from 1920s

I like how you just casually slipped in there that you own a 1920s 1K like its no big deal

May I ask what strings are on each of the ukes in the sound samples?

I did a NUD for that uke as well : https://forum.ukuleleunderground.com...Martin-Soprano
I believe the vintage has living water and new uke has whatever strings David put on them.

CPG requested Martins M-600. So that is what I used on Kerneltime's uke.Capture.JPG
