MYA MOE #2213 MASTER GRADE MYRTLE CONCERT CLASSIC
Custom handcrafted by Moe and Char Gordon in White Salmon, WA, completed on April 19, 2017 as documented here: https://www.myamoeukuleles.com/uketracker.php?trackingNumber=2213&submit=Track

This beautiful instrument remains is in like-new condition. It is suitable for professional performing and recording. The top, back and sides are made of master grade Pacific Northwest Myrtle wood. The fretboard and bridge are of ebony. The fretboard had a 12 inch radius for easier chording, and planetary tuners for easier tuning. The fretboard is bound for smooth, fast access to the upper frets and there are two strap buttons for improved ergonomics. Bindings on fretboard, top, back and sides are of walnut with dark and light accent lines along the binding and rosette to add a subtly classic appeal.

There are papa shell fret markers at 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, and 15, and 20 total frets.
Equipped with a K & K Twin Spot pick up for amplified playing, and two strap buttons. It’s clear, open, balanced voice projects well.

Hand-rubbed oil finish. Neck strap button and K&K Twin Spot pick up for quick plug and play. Myrtle, one of North America's most exotic woods, is widely known for possessing tonal qualities similar to Maple wood with a clear and bright tone and nice projection but slightly more round. This beautiful Custom Mya-Moe Concert Ukulele is characterized with a bright, open, and balanced sound. Nice projection and clarity up and down the neck. A wonderful playing instrument at a very reasonable price point for a full custom ukulele.

This is an excellent value in a professional, custom quality instrument. It was purchased from an excellent boutique purveyor of some of the world’s best custom ukuleles, ukulelefriend.com, and there is a video of this ukulele played professionally to demonstrate the sound. Should you choose not to purchase this ukulele, you might want to visit ukulele friend to see more truly special ukuleles available for purchase.

To have another built today it would cost $1900. This beauty remains in like new condition making this a great bargain at

$1300 + $75 shipping, + any applicable state or local taxes that may be added by PayPal.*

This is one of the MYA MOE CASCADE SERIES

The Cascade Series denotes an instrument which is made to minimize the impact on the environment. Towards this goal, body woods are used that are either currently sustainable, or can be harvested in a sustainable fashion. Port Orford Cedar is used for the neck and internal blocks, while Maple is used for the fretboard and bridge.

There are a number of other facets to the Mya-Moe Cascade Series:
• Over 80% of the wood suppliers are within a 5 hour drive of the Mya Moe workshop
• Mya Moe has a tree planted for each Cascade Series instrument that they build
• As with all of their instruments, offcuts from necks are used to make internal blocks
• And other offcuts go to local artisans who use them for making jewelry

  • Master Grade Myrtle top, back & sides
  • Walnut body binding
  • Walnut rosette
  • Hand-rubbed oil finish
  • Radiused Ebony fretboard with Walnut binding & Abalone markers
  • Mahogany neck
  • Peghed brand planetary geared tuners
  • Custom Signature Headplate
  • K&K Twin Spot pickup

What extraordinary sound samples!
I've never heard a uke sound so harp like in tone...

Gorgeous myrtle concert. Fabulous playing in the sound sample. Lovely to listen to.

If I played concert size, I would grab this instrument.
