Low Down Dog - Uptempo 12 bar blues

Here is a song that is easy to jam along with in the key of G. The chords are G - C - and D7. This is from a house concert I played in Antwerp, Belgium a few weeks ago as I did a three week Euro tour. Mostly guitar, but I always do a fair share of uke tunes as well. Local Belgian harmonica player Geert Peeters is sitting in with me on this. This song was originally done by the great blues shouter Big Joe Turner. Joe performed this at the famous Spirituals To Swing Concert at Carnegie Hall back in 1938 and he later did the original version of "Shake Rattle and Roll" in the 1950's. Hope you like the video.
