Can't find one on ebay. Any idea where i could buy one?

After looking around, i'm beginning to wonder if they even make such a thing as a concave file for uke frets. That is, very narrow frets.

If anywhere has what you’re looking for then the Stewmac site will. I understand that a lot of folk get good results with and are happy to use a three cornered file - takes a little skill to use but loads of on-line guidance is available.

Fret files usually/often come is 3 sizes. Small, medium and large.
The small size is appropriate for standard ukulele frets although they aren't as easy to find for sale as the medium and the large.
I own a Hosco TL-FF1 fret file which is the correct size.
I did buy it off eBay but it may not always be for sale there. Try some Luther supply companies such as Stewart MacDonald or others.

There seem to be a lot on Amazon. If you plan to build more there is stew Maybe the real luthiers can jump in
