Great video Ken. It shows just how many steps/jigs and power tools are required to produce a bridge to a consistent standard. You have clearly got it thought out!

Crikey. That mildly over the top slotting saw you use certainly puts my method of cutting the slot with 3 hacksaw blades held together with sticky tape to shame.
I am curious what drill press (or maybe it is not a drill press) you are using at 2:40 as I noticed the whole head articulates downward rather than just the quill...I would assume that this means it has less play/slop than your normal drill press...pretty slick!

It’s a great drill press if you are lazy like me , and don’t like changing the belts and pullies or having to find a chuck key...it’s not very good for using the SafeTplaner due to it being fiddly at setting to a fixed height but not impossible....But it’s very accurate at drilling.
