Oh my god, the "Walk Back" looks amazing

I know that this sort of reply doesn't get them sold for you, but WOW! Absolutely beautiful. Look at the size of the sound holes! they must BOOM!

You are clearly one talented luthier. Any sound clips? I'd love to hear their tones...

Hello bennyhana22! Thanks so much. I appreciate it. I'll post some demos in this thread today or tomorrow.

Awww the label inside with the shoes is cute!! Does each one have a different drawing?

Hi Yuni! Each instrument's label is created by a family or friend, that one was done by my wife.

So I saw that "Walk Back" was still listed as available on his website and remembered the instrument from this post. I had been really tempted at the time and decided to finally go for it. It arrived today and I have to say that so far I'm really impressed with it. Great tone, beautiful workmanship, very playable. I believe the other one is still available.

Glad to hear that. I've always admired the builder's creative designs. So it's good to find out that they play and sound just as good as they look.

I was also happy to support a small luthier making unique choices and pushing the art. Now I just need to run through my string collection and find the right reentrant set for it.

He has about 4 other instruments on his website if you want to check them out. Love to shill for the small builder!
