I've got a similar Owl tuner.
It's great when playing with kids.
It's lousy when I actually need to tune the uke - the screen's too dim for me to read easily!
If I had known when I sold my Kala that it was going to the buyer's daughter I'd have given it to her. I bet her eyes work better than mine!

I have an idea in the back of my mind to make a "Tuna Tuner" - with a picture of a tuna fish attached to a regular tuner.
