    Default RIP Lyle Mays

    A great and original pianist best known for some amazing collaborations with Pat Metheny. He was only 66. Such a shame.

    I still own and enjoy his LPs and CDs (along with Metheny). Gone far too soon.

    I agree, a real loss. Lovely music.

    His collaborations with Metheny were stellar.
