Redwood/Oak Elite tenor

There's a bit of a comical typo in the description:

"Worn Brown Fluorocarbon Strings"

BTW, the redwoods are a short drive from Petaluma. I'm from 20 minutes south. I remember the drive through the redwood forest(s) to the west, very memorable.

I saw a YouTube video on the new Kala Elites. It's a big environmental thing; using odd woods, "reclaimed" old wood sourced from here and there.

If that's your boat, jump in.

I've got a tenor elite all Koa. It's very very sweet and the Kala Elites are really undervalued, imho.

A really beautiful redwood concert ukulele here:

Birds Eye Redwood. Wow! I have never seen that before. It's gorgeous. As is the ukulele. Fabulous Kinnard workmanship and sound.

But, back to the Kala Elites. I've been curious. I have a 2017 Spruce/Myrtle tenor I bought here on UU Marketplace. It's very nice, has very good sound, sustain, projection. It's easy to play.

The new models are getting rave reviews and are said to sound much better than previous versions. So how the new models different?
