Putting the guitar aside after several years attempting to learn with very little success. Picked up a Uke one day and instantly fell in love with it. Just amazed how much easier and less stressful it is than guitar.

Just looking to pick up a little info to help me out.

There appear links to free material to keep you motivated every now and then. Many of the members also post their videos, which also inspires the rest of us. Then there are also the more courageous peeps who take part in the weekly 'Seasons'.

If you have a specific question you can post it on one of the boards. Somebody will come up with useful background info, hints and tips, straight answers or video suggestions.

I agree, the uke is a low stress instrument and is easy to enjoy without lots of experience or time invested. Can't really say that about bagpipes and cello!
