Guadalupe Custom Baritone Strings low GCEA ( full octave lower)

My experience with low GCEA (but not the Guadalupe) was that it was an interesting sound for fingerpicking but strummed was pretty muddy. There again, this was on a Rogue baritone so your mileage may definitely vary

Yes, good for fingerpicking, muddy when strummed. Certainly true on a baritone. I imagine more muddy on a tenor.

Search here for "octave ukulele." Search YouTube as well.

I loved the Guadalupe strings when I had them on my baritone.
After I purchased a Cordoba Mini and a couple of other baritone-sized guitars I restrung my baritone to DGBE. At least for now.

I wonder if the Guadalupe DGBE strings are designed for a regular baritone pitch, or for an octave down from that.
