How can my ukulele group set up a virtual play-along?

So it's agreed that not using a virtual background is best all the way around.

I'm reviving this thread as I have some information that could be useful. Some people in the choir at my fellowship have been wanting to do online practice sessions. Right now they just singalong with the choir director over Zoom while their connection is muted.

One of the more tech savvy members has started investigating using Jamulus (http://llcon.sourceforge.net) for a better experience. I'll report back as I hear more.
