Looking for a best price quality for beginer, range 50/80 box, i saw zn Handel concert in as shop here, someone heard about?

Stick with a well known name, buy from a uke specialist if at all possible, as they will ensure it is set up properly.

Some brand names to check out - Kala/Makala - Ohana - Baton Rouge - Mainland

Edit: I see from your other post that you are in France, so check out The Southern Ukulele Store here in England.

Maybe one of these sopranos would suit you.

Or maybe a concert, (which I consider to be a better starter size).

I would definitely recommend the Flight travel series as well, especially if you don't mind the plastic back and sides. At that $50 / 50€ price range, I'd say they are easily the best value for money. If you want a concert scale uke but are ok with a soprano body, the long neck travel sopranos are extremely good. You can get one from Thomann, for example, with a fair price. They don't do setups but you don't really need one with the Flight anyway.

If you specifically want a concert body ukulele, I would try to stretch your budget to around 100€. I find that anything under that will just get you a bad concert uke. If you can afford that, I would look at the aforementioned Southern Ukulele Store and other UK dealers like World of Ukes and Uke Room, and brands like the ones mentioned before: Kala, Ohana, Baton Rouge, also Kai and the fully wooden Flight models. As I said earlier, if you buy from big music stores like Thomann you won't get a setup so you might get a uke not in very good shape. It's generally safer to buy from specialist uke shops. Unfortunately, I don't know any in France. There's a few in Germany that I know but they mostly sell more expensive ukes.

I agree these are great players and a terrific value!

I remember seing some of these being overbuild - that is having too thick wood, so they dont play as well as they should.
I would stay clear of those.

If you can find them in your country, Kiwaya and Famous make some really nice entry-level ukuleles. Price is a little higher than the Flight TUS, but sound quality is much nicer and the pricing is still targeted for beginners.

They are still twice the OPs budget.
Not that I wouldnt recommend setting the budget high enough for one :)
Look like the cheap ones are sold out here https://worldofukes.co.uk/concert-ukuleles/kiwaya-kcu-1-concert-ukulele

Probably an entro level Kala or Ohana, a Makala MK or a flight would be a good choice. If looking for cheap stuff online, some people seem to have decent experience with Enya ukuleles. Of all those mentioned, I only ever tried the Makala myself in that price range. That was OK for a beginner.

It would be helpful to know which country you are in, not every Uke is readily available in every country.

If you are wanting a Concert size instrument then the Makala Concert is a bargain that will serve you well. If you’re after a Soprano then I think that your budget will stretch to a Kala KA-S, but if not then its slightly cheaper brother the KA-15S is well liked by beginners to. Learn how to set-up your Uke, they play so much better.

He's in France.

Up to 100 euros, you can find an excellent ukulele for yourself.

In that price level the quality range for each brand tends to be huge so chances to get a somewhat playable instrument or a total piece of junk are about equal if you buy online. The best way to buy cheap uke is to try it out in person and make sure it meets minimum standard. It doesn't matter much what brand or model you pick.
