Zoom Concert (setting up video)

I know how to set up a zoom concert but how do I get better video/audio quality then I currently get from my laptop. I see people using mics/amps but how do they hook them into the system. Are they using other cameras. Just want to do a decent video with decent sound. Thanks..

If you use a mixer you can run everything mics, instrument etc through the mixture then connect from the phones out put on the mixer to the microphone input on your laptop. Or alternatively, mixers can also be connected via USB lead to a USB port if the mixer has that capability.
I have a behringer mixer in my set up. I just use my webcam on my laptop for video because I don't get very high resolution to play with. I do not have a very high speed internet connection. Here's an example of my efforts https://www.facebook.com/groups/strumfest/permalink/1478596805659835/

It might depend on what ports your laptop has.

You can get a good quality webcam - if you can find one available. Like toilet paper, webcams are very much in demand - and generally sold out. You can also buy good quality microphones. This one is used by a YouTube regular, but you can also get good ones for under $50. Basically, webcams and mics are just plug-and-play - USB.
