Song Help Request Ali'i Poe -- help please

My wife and I have been listening to Na Hoa's version of Ali'i Poe, and she would like to learn to play the song. Does anyone have music, lyrics, chords, etc. available for ukulele? Simple is good for us. Thank you in advance if you can help or point me in the right direction. I have done a brief internet search and found nothing so far.

I don't see that chorded anywhere. But, you can run your favorite recording through Chordify and it will show you the chords being used. That's what I would do.
