Kamaka invented the six string and I love mine. I played some Kanile'a as well in stores and their showroom and they were all great. You can't go wrong with either. I also had a chance to play a KoAloha a few years ago and liked it but they are not built any longer. The few non Hawaiian six strings that I have come across were not to my liking.
