I would say not, the sound hole looks large, the headstock looks like a Gretsch and the tuners are very wrong as is the tail piece.

I'd let someone else restore that one, especially at that price.

I am on the "not" side as well. The appointments don't match up (fret markers, binding, ect.) for a Martin.
