I have also faught this out of square issue with power tools (although not this model) and it can be challenging. One aspect you need to keep in mind is that the spindle may square up not under load but when it is running and pressure is applied, laxity in the bearing housing can cause the spindle to go out of square again. This also can be an issue with worn bearings when pressure is consistently applied from one angle over time. I've actually had to set up spindles out of square when stopped to compensate for give or play in the bearings when running. This can be tricky and is accomplished by trial and error. As anybody who has built ukuleles knows, absolute square is absolutely important to the outcome especially when making neck and tail blocks and neck attachment points.
