It will look good in a "collection" with all those woods, but looking at the history its previous owners were not impressed enough to turn it into a favourite player and keep it.
I don't think it's something I would buy either not being a collector but as a ukulele player I am keen to hear it.
Oh and some of the best instruments I have owned (and still do) have been second hand. Just because somebody decides to sell doesn't necessarily mean it's because it's a not a great instrument
