Default New Koaloha Opio with slight scratches

Hi all! I just received my Koaloha Opio, but noticed some slight scratches or dents on it. Could anyone please advise if this will be an issue in future? Thanks!

It looks to be purely cosmetic. Most likely it was just accidentally bumped up against something during normal handling.
Money can't buy happiness but it can buy a uke which is basically the same thing.

Ukes are a lot like potato chips. It's hard to stop with just one!

From what I can see in the photo, that should not be a problem or develop into something nasty. As Mikelz777 say, purely cosmetic.

Thanks both!! Another Qns, if the setup is good enough, should all the frets be levelled?

Should not be any need to level the frets. I'd play it, let it settle for a few weeks, and then see how you feel about it. If there's any deficiencies with action or setup then, you can decide if they are worth fixing, or just live with them. Remember, a new set of strings will usually help the uke perform optimally, after they have stretched and settled.

My Opio played straight out of the box, (after tuning it up), so I doubt that you will need to do anything other than play it, enjoy.
Trying to do justice to various musical instruments.
