My neighbor is an 'over the road' UPS semi-driver. He's not heard of any such incidents reported (UPS keeps drivers informed of 'hot spots' or other transportation issues). Not saying it didn't have a local incident, but "people say" always has me questioning the source. The way things are going, that would be a risk I wouldn't discount.
