Song Help Request Don't get around much anymore (Chord Changes)

I was curious if anyone had any ideas on how to solo over the changes with this song, Don't get around much anymore?

I have the chord chart, but I think there are better approaches rather than trying to play every single chord change.

I was curious if anyone had a particular approach to improvising over this jazz song.

The head is super fun but soloing is ....not as hip as I want it to be.

I found some ideas here but there isn't anything listed for the B section.

You are right about trying to improvise of the changes for the head. It is doable, but not what most people do. This song has a set of solo changes which are a simplified version of what is played over the melody.
These changes below are commonly played, but there are variations thrown in for fun as well.
