Default Penguins by Ed Sheeran - E and A string heavy picking - Converting to baritone?

I’m trying to transpose this heavy E and A string picking to my baritone uke. Nothing I’ve done so far sounds good. A direct note-to-note transposing requires moving up and down the fretboard impossibly fast. Any advice is appreciated.

Bottom two strings of the baritone have the same interval relationship as the guitar tab here, so playing the frets as notated here should work. You'll be playing up a 10th. If you need it to be the same key, capo the baritone at the 2nd fret.
