1920's Ukulele O Hawaii Soprano - made by Gretsch

Hi,

I have this nice vintage soprano ukulele for sale. Looking at the label, one might conclude that it was made in Hawaii, but it was actually made on the mainland by Gretsch. It's in quite good condition, especially considering it's nearly 100 yrs old.

It's made entirely of mahogany. It sounds good and plays well. The action and intonation seem good.

It is 20-3/4" overall and 6" at it's widest point. The scale length is 13-1/2 ".

It has rosewood pegs for tuners. They work well. I don't know if they are original, but there is no evidence of other tuners having been installed.

There are several small flaws, but nothing major. Check out the photos. It is structurally sound. No cracks or evidence of repairs is present.
