I am the original owner of this beautiful Collings Koa concert ukulele. I purchased it new from The Music Emporium in Massachusetts on 10/28/2019 for $1950.00.

Although Collings had stopped making ukuleles a few years ago, they have recently released a few ukuleles. This is one of those new releases.

That looks like a very fine instrument. Could you please fill in a few of the details about it?

I can't see the faceplate on the headstock. Is it ebony?
Are the fretboard and bridge ebony as well?
I can't tell from the photos if the finish is satin or matte. Is the neck mahogany and with the same finish?

Here are the details:

Select koa body with mahogany neck
Tortoise and wood nitrite strip rosette
Satin nitrocellulose lacquer finish
Unbound traditional "Single-Point" headstock
Rosewood peghead overlay with inlaid ivoroid Collings logo
Rosewood fingerboard, 12" fingerboard radius
Mortise and tenon neck joint
18 Frets, neck joins the body at the 12th fret
"C" shape neck and 1.73" string spacing
1 3/8" Bone nut
15" Scale length
Narrow 18% nickel-silver fretwire
Ivoroid dot fingerboard inlays
Pegheds geared tuners with 4:1 ratio
Recommended string gauge - Savarez (.62mm, .74mm, .86mm, .62mm)
Collings deluxe hardshell case by Ameritage (a beautifully constructed case)

Yes, it is a Collings case, made by Ameritage for Collings.
 
Excellent price for a highly sought after instrument.

If I played concert I'd be seriously interested. Someone's going to get a terrific instrument.
