3D Printer and Bandsaw

My Axminster Trade Bandsaw is great but the gap at the blade clearance insert is far too wide for fine cutting of top plates and veneers...it has to be like that so that the table can be set at 45 degree angles....so I got the 3D printer to make me a zero clearance insert with a few spare ones for when they get worn out.
