Go to YouTube and search for "Bonanza Cherry ukulele". Bonanza Ukulele offers cherry as one of their solid wood builds. I own one and I really like it!
Money can't buy happiness but it can buy a uke which is basically the same thing.

Ukes are a lot like potato chips. It's hard to stop with just one!

Sounds really good. Cherry is a pleasure to work with as well. Works for the neck, too.

    Cherry Maple Walnut Concert.jpg

I built this one. The body is all cherry. The neck is maple. Fretboard, bridge and binding are walnut. I like the sound of it quite a bit. It is nice and crisp.
