Just to be clear, I was just thinking of taking the output from the 1/4" instrument jack, going into a small mixer, and then using the headphone jack on the mixer. I'm not sure if I'm going to try to put a volume control on the guitar, so I'll need to use another device with a volume control. I did plan to put a simple tillman-type preamp with a 9-volt battery onboard the guitar.
