Clever! I've never seen one reversed. It wouldn't be too easy for an individual to do that. The original mounting hole(s) would have to be covered, and the neck would have to be attached at the other end - without access to the inside. Then, of course, there's the bridge and the holes in the top - the large one to cover and the smaller ones to cut. That crinkly paint was a nice touch.
