Strumming and singing recommendations

I’m looking for them! I have spent the first umpteen years of the ukulele playing and listening to fingerstyle songs with no singing. I now am interested in figuring out how to strum chords artfully and song, and I need inspiration.

So far I’ve been listening to the Magnetic Fields mostly. Open to anything good!

I would look to the UU guru, Aldrine Guerrero on YouTube. Look up Under the Boardwalk, L O V E, and Waimanalo Blues and see if this fits in your wheelhouse.
