Default August Nocturne - Written by Laurence Diehl

Here's a wonderful piece written by fellow UU Member Laurence Diehl. I'm playing my new Barron River Baritone Ukulele

    All the best,

It's 4 a.m., 30 degrees and raining here. This is perfect. Each repeat so far makes it even more so. Thanks so much for sharing this beautiful piece.

Campbell, Laurence wrote a great piece, and you played it beautifully.
A day without playing uke is a day not well lived.

A haunting melody. Kudos to Laurence for creating the tune, and to you as well, Campbell, for the magic in your playing. Simply lovely.

Thanks DLB, Joseph & Jan! I’m loving this Barron River baritone & the added bonus is that they are built right here in Australia

Thanks for posting this. Laurence is one of the main reasons I am learning Ukulele. He posts uke videos at the Banjo Hangout and does a great job. He is very creative and a joy to listen to. If you get a chance, listen to some of his banjo videos, lots of great stuff.

Yes, Laurence is a great player that’s for sure. I’m a member at BH but rarely visit these days I must check-in sometime soon.
