I have not received the Opio which was paid for on 12/5/2020 and shipped on 12/8/2020. I have sent a few emails in the last few days that have gone unanswered. Anyone know this seller?

I haven't had any dealings with the seller but looks as though they have sold several ukuleles through UU, so hopefully you will hear something soon.

I am sorry but i did not receive any of your emails until the one tonight and I did also provide you my phone number at the time of purchase. I have both bought and sold many ukuleles on UU, Reverb, and Flea Market. I can assure you that I am a reputable seller. I provided you tracking, proof of priority shipment, and that the package was fully insured. I will get in touch with USPS tomorrow and try to ascertain where the parcel is and notify you of the findings.

Thanks Lee. Got your email this morning. I sent an email on Wednesday and Thursday but perhaps they were swallowed up in the ongoing Gmail crisis! All is good. I look forward to hearing what the Post Office has to say. Hopefully I will get the uke!

USPS is really screwed up right now. One of my packages has been sitting in their local distribution center for over a week. They seem to only be delivering Priority Mail packages right now. I don't want to name names, but the Postmaster General has been taking heat for reducing equipment and working hours ever since he started the job in June. No one knows when the situation is going to improve, but inauguration day is January 20.

Yes I tend to favor sending most large and pricey objects via UPS or FedEx.

I finally got the Opio this morning at 7:30 a.m. Incredible. So much for the USPS. Their tracking is terrible by the way. Honestly if you have something of value, do yourself a favor and ship via Fed Ex or UPS. It all costs about the same and Fed Ex and UPS track their packages better.

I’m quite happy with the uke! Can’t wait to start playing it. Thank you Lee!
