What’s your budget and where are you located? I might have several options for you.

Leave out the pound sign. Just write f.i. 200 pounds.

    Thanks Ms Bean

Ok here goes, I have a budget of 600 pounds, I'm after a nice soprano, long neck or standard, any wood, or composite material, been away from ukes for such a long time, and there seems to be so many new makers out there, so if you have something that you want to sell in the 600 pound region and are in the UK, drop us a line,

    All the best Mark

Import into the U.K. will almost certainly be expensive, don’t forget that there will be ‘value added tax’ on imports, etc. With that in mind and the current CV disruption restricting yourself to UK sellers makes a lot of sense to me.

For that type of money you might well be able to buy something rather nice that’s also new - many good options are available. In case you didn’t already know the Ken Timms replica Martin Sopranos are very popular and, I recon, just within your budget. You might also have just enough budget to commission a plain instrument too.
