If your Notifications mailbox is full, you cannot receive PMs from members.

Every few days, I delete messages I've sent and those that I've received.

Oh. I've always assumed that I don't get messages because I am not too chummy and have no friends. However I've emptied my mailbox and now I'm ready for a new social life in 2021.
