Nope- all their handles are too thin to be comfortable for long use. This handle is "best" (typically not a great word to use for any tool) because it is fat/wide/large etcOriginally Posted by Pete Howlett

Not for my hands... I have a couple of cadaver scalpels with really long handles. Super useful.
