Tuner Peg Collar

I've got a Tanglewood Concert ukulele, it's a tribal spirit which I've had for some time, and changed the strings once. Recently, a string got broke, so I removed it. Somehow, I have lost the collar, which holds the tuning peg in place. I've tried looking, but can't find where I can buy the collars only. I've contacted Tanglewood, but no reply yet. My only other option, is to buy a new set of tuning pegs, but there are so many, and I don't know if I am looking for the right one. I found some on Amazon, that look similar, but in the description, it says Bass. Any help, would be greatly appreciated.
