Pick up for my Baritone

I originally posted this in Uke Talk, but was advised this would be the best place so here it is.

I ordered a Piezo Pickup Transducer For Acoustic Guitar Violin Ukulele Mandolin and plan on putting it in my Baritone uke. The bari is a LUTU 21 B Lanikai (Tuna uke). I am going to have to drill it for the pick up. Any and all tips, advice, caveats, warnings or encouragement is appreciated.

Do a search in the luthiers lounge forum. This question has been extensively covered and all questions will probably be answered. If you have a specific question that was not answered, post it here.

Drill a 1/4" pilot hole in the tail and use a 1/2" step bit to finish the job.
