I gotta ask...
I am assuming the gluing jig is dished to the same radius as the sanding surface. Why not just use one for both? It seems you had to make two jigs with identical radius. I ask because I want to achieve this same setup, but maybe only have to make one dish for both sanding and gluing.

If I used the radius sanding board to glue the braces I’d have to use it as a go-bar set up cos there is nowhere to fit the toggle clamps....and while it’s being used on the go-bar I can’t use it for sanding a radius on the next uke body and bracing until the glue has cured...that’s the problem with go-bar decks...So best have two radius dishes one with sandpaper and one without.;)
