I have given kudo's to these strings before, and thought I'd give another update. I use the Low D Baritones set and with mail / tax, they come in at nearly 20 buck a set.
On the other hand, I just changed strings this week and that comes in at 18 months and 1 week. Minimum of 2 hours a day, sometimes much more. That's pretty hard to beat. Thanks Ken!

Yep, they are long-lasting. They settle in quickly and then stay in tune nicely, in my experience.
