Just came across this thread.
The headstock logo looks like Gear4Music, the in-house branding for a UK retailer of the same name.
Currently on their website for 150 UK Pounds, so at that price probably Chinese manufacture.
Generally their own name items tend to be at the lower priced end of the market, but of an acceptable standard.
A friend bought a practice bass amp from them which fulfills his requirements for a low outlay.
