I went to use my little pocket Swiss Army knife the other day but found it was broken. The spring piece that holds the blades open (or shut) cracked in half. Long story short, after fighting with a somewhat broken service web page the guy on the Wenger chat line suggested that I just mail it in.
Thinking that I had nothing to lose since it was already broken, I went to the Post Office and mailed it to Wenger with a short note about the broken spring.
Well it's about three weeks later and they sent me a new pocket knife and all of the serviceable parts left over from the old knife. No receipt, no questions and other than nominal postage no charge.
Koaloha is not the only company with a "Better Than The Weather" warranty.
