Change to site or hack?

Looking at site today I'm not able to access New Posts and the layout looks different.
It says it's run by vBulletin.
I'm running this on a Fire tablet and it's always run fine.
If I look on the phone it looks normal. Anyone else having this issue? It may be something buggy with the Fire tablet.
Since it's just happening today I'm wondering if it may be a software upgrade somewhere

New Posts working fine for me - Linux laptop.

Found something on screen called full site that seemed to reset it to normal. Maybe there was a software update that reset it. Its fine now.
