Default Uke Lesson 19 - Out of My League

Alright UUers! You guys asked for it, so we delivered!

Uke Lesson 19 - Out of My League

This one is actually a little advanced, so be sure to take your time, learn each part, rewatch as necessary, and practice, practice, practice! And if you have questions (or comments, or tabs that you put together to share with everyone, or wonderful recipes involving chicken) post them below!

    Thanks everybody, Happy July!

Oooh, one more thing. This lesson is based on Aldrine's interpretation / simplified version of this song. The actual song involves a few more chords and changes throughout. The real chords bounce somewhere between this http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/...league_crd.htm and this http://www.ultimate-guitar.com/tabs/...e_ver2_crd.htm and then some. If anyone would like to post their take on the original chords, please do. We will bow down to you and feed you grapes.

I made a chord tab for the song using Aldrine's chords. I'll leave the picking tab up to those better than me. The file seems to big to put as an attachment here so I put it on Ultimate Guitar, but it still has to be reviewed.

I also have a version on facebook in my notes at smithpaul60
Just invite me as a friend and put "ukulele" in the note section and you se see it then.

Or, just pm me with your E-mail and I can send it. Mind you I'll be at work from 2-10 EST

My first real contribution to the site =)

This one has almost a waltz-like feel to it, so instead of counting "1,2,3,4" in your head, count "1,2,3, 1,2,3". So for the strumming -

    Count: 1 2 3
    Strum: D DUDU

    or even

    Count: 1&2&3&
    Strum: D DUDU

Hope that helps. Thanks smithpaul60 for chording it out! You the, you the best.
