Default Has anyone played the lanikai nk-c???

    Hello!

I am having a lot of trouble finding reviews on the lanikai nk-c

It's the one with the Solid Koa top, Select Koa back and sides in concert size. If anyone has played it please let me know what it sounds like. It looks beautiful but I have not found any reviews on it. Thanks!

I played the tenor model at a local music store a while back. Wasn't that impressed with it from a volume and tone perspective. Very nice looking uke though.

A solid koa uke for 300? That's strange I didn't think they'd come so cheap. I'll look around and do some research for ya.

Only the top is solid koa. The descriptions say a solid koa top with "select koa" back and sides which I'm pretty sure means laminate.
